Thirty years at TTW and counting. As Technical Director, Darren has been a constant presence since 1993, leading his own design team across all aspects of design, documentation and resourcing. His experience spans residential, healthcare, education, commercial, sport and leisure and retail, bringing a depth of knowledge across both public and private sectors that few can match.

Disciplined and practical in his approach to structural design, Dean has led the delivery of technically complex projects across a range of sectors over 15 years, including six Star Green Star aquatic facilities, mass timber buildings, and as a certified Passivhaus designer, one of Australia's largest Passivhaus-certified developments. His focus on long-term building performance runs through everything he does.

One of the industry's leading minds in complex façade systems and curtain walls, Dwayne brings a genuinely global perspective to his role as Director. Since joining TTW in 2020, he has drawn on extensive experience gained in Germany and the Netherlands, having led major international projects across the USA, Europe, the Middle East and Australia, from high-rise office buildings to museums, government and public buildings.

Edward's career in digital engineering has taken him across Australia, London, New York and Seoul, delivering innovative solutions on some of the world's most architecturally complex structural projects. As Associate Director, he applies that global perspective to finding smarter ways to deliver through digital automation and optimisation.

Eirian leads within TTW's Civil team as Associate Director, managing projects from fee proposal through to construction and completion, while mentoring the next generation of engineers along the way. He is drawn to projects that respond to population growth, climate change and the need for sustainable, resilient built environments.

A senior delivery director with over 20 years' experience, she brings sharp commercial judgement and steady leadership to billion-dollar transport, rail and logistics programs across Australia and beyond.

Heritage buildings demand a particular kind of expertise - one that Emily has spent over 15 years developing. Skilled in design engineering, problem-solving, and a wide range of engineering software, Handy is an experienced engineer with a background in permanent and temporary works across structural, infrastructure, and crane engineering. Working closely with clients and project teams, he consistently develops high-quality, effective solutions, drawing on his technical expertise and more than two decades of industry experience.

The path to Net Zero is one of the most pressing challenges facing the industry and it's where Hannah has focused her expertise for over a decade. She leads TTW's Sustainability team with a personal, considered approach, driving decarbonisation strategies across the business and for its clients.

Landmark structures across Australia bear the mark of Hung's work. With over two decades of experience in building and infrastructure projects both locally and internationally, he has developed particular strength in high-rise and long-span structures, lateral systems and refurbishment projects, expertise that runs deep and delivers every time.

Thirty years of structural engineering experience has made Hung a sought-after mind in the field. As Technical Director, he has a rare ability to take complex architectural designs and find the engineering path that makes them buildable, leading projects across high-rise residential, hotel, commercial, education, government, retail and transportation sectors.

From concept design through to detailed documentation, Kelsey takes a holistic view of structural design. Across Australia and the UK, his project portfolio span commercial, health, residential, industrial and retail projects, giving him a broad understanding of different project requirements.

Throughout his career in consulting, Lachlan has worked directly with clients and builders across a wide range of sectors, developing a practical, hands-on understanding of what it takes to deliver. He combines strong technical skills with real construction experience to find engineering solutions that are both considered and buildable.

Leah has delivered projects across an impressive range of sectors over 20 years, from rail infrastructure and train stations to hospitals, universities, stadiums and residential developments. As a chartered structural engineer with experience across Australia and Southeast Asia, she brings depth and consistency to every project, with a particular knowledge of Melbourne's built environment.

Lincoln leads TTW's Construction Engineering team in Melbourne with a deep specialisation in temporary structures, having delivered construction engineering solutions for some of the city's largest buildings and infrastructure projects. As a Chartered Associate Director, he also brings experience in permanent works design across residential and mixed-use high-rise structures, giving him a well-rounded understanding of how buildings come together from the ground up.

Made's career spans over 30 years and a remarkable range of sectors, data centres, education, accommodation, commercial, retail, industrial, healthcare and hotels. Based in TTW's Jakarta office, he brings a depth of knowledge and steady expertise that clients across the region have long depended on.

Manning has spent 15 years delivering structural engineering projects across commercial, industrial, retail, education and oil & gas processing sectors in Australia. Technically grounded and dependable, his well-rounded perspective has made him a consistent and trusted presence across a range of demanding project types.

Marco has spent over a decade refining his approach to structural engineering, one that balances traditional principles with a genuine drive for modern, efficient delivery. His personal commitment to his clients and ability to navigate the most complex engineering challenges have established him as a trusted and respected leader in the industry.

Thirty years of structural engineering across Melbourne, Darwin and London has given Matt a depth of expertise. His design skills were forged on commercial and residential high-rise towers, knowledge he has applied across infrastructure, government and retail projects ever since. As a Director, Matt revels in finding structurally efficient, buildable solutions to challenging problems and is equally invested in developing the next generation of structural engineers as manager of one of TTW's Victorian structural teams.

When the engineering challenge demands something beyond the conventional, Michael is in his element. As Technical Director, he brings a rare depth of expertise across infrastructure impact assessments, physical security and blast-hardened design, vibration and structural dynamics, and seismic performance, leading with a rigorous, analytical approach that sets TTW's Advanced Analysis Team apart.

With a strong background in structural design, Michael brings a practical and considered approach. Since joining TTW in 2015, Mike has brought over 30 years of international engineering experience, earned across Europe, the Middle East and Australia, to some of the most complex and ambitious projects in the education, scientific and healthcare sectors. His technical leadership on large-scale, complex structures reflects both the depth of his experience and the standard he holds himself to on every project.

Natalie has spent over 15 years committed to the people side of business and it shows in the way she works. As Head of HR, she partners closely with the broader team to shape a workplace where engineers and professionals can do their best work, focused equally on performance, culture and the everyday experience of being part of TTW.

Nicholas brings international experience across London and Singapore to his role as Associate Director. He is known for finding creative structural engineering solutions across education, commercial and residential projects, with a particular strength in the engineering demands of adaptive reuse and refurbishment of existing structures.

Drawing on experience as both a structural engineer and construction manager, Padraig brings a practical understanding of design and construction. He works closely with builders and architects to develop cost-effective structural solutions that respond to project requirements.

Good engineering starts with understanding how things work in practice. It's the philosophy Paul has brought to over 15 years of civil and structural consultancy in Singapore, across geotechnical, residential, industrial and commercial projects, including the Integrated Waste Management Facility at Tuas Nexus.

Paul has led global teams and delivered complex projects across the UK, Central Asia and the Middle East, and now brings that experience to Singapore as TTW's Regional Director. His expertise spans advanced structural design and analysis, construction engineering, forensic investigations and digital delivery; a rare combination that gives him depth across both technical detail and strategic direction. Rami has built a career on some of the most ambitious engineering projects across Australia and the Middle East. With 20 years of international experience spanning urban and infrastructure development alongside architecturally challenging, high-performance façades, he brings technical expertise across transport, commercial, residential, industrial, education, healthcare, public, museum and gallery projects.

Richard leads a strong technical project team at TTW with a holistic approach to structural engineering, devising schemes that meet architectural requirements while remaining cost efficient and sustainable. Sian turns complex information into clear, compelling stories that win work. As TTW’s Principal Bid Manager, she brings thorough tender expertise to every submission, ensuring each one translates our technical expertise with accuracy and purpose.

Sina specialises in solving challenging structural problems by combining a deep understanding of engineering principles with advanced simulation techniques and practical insight. He applies this expertise across a diverse range of projects, including complex and unconventional structures, heritage masonry, blast and physical security, seismic assessment and soil-structure interaction.

Steffen leads a designated team in our Sydney office with more than 20 years of structural engineering experience behind him. Strategic and pragmatic by nature, he brings a firm understanding of integrated structural design across a broad range of sectors, including public buildings, defence, transportation, commercial, residential, education and overseas government projects.

Tania has worked across all phases of design and construction over a decade of structural engineering in Australia and the USA, spanning commercial, education, defence, aged care, hospitality, sports and infrastructure sectors.
