Andre bridges the worlds of industry and academia, bringing over 16 years of experience in digital innovation to TTW. He leads TTW Digital, a group dedicated to solving complex engineering problems through artificial intelligence, data analytics and advanced simulation, developing the tools and workflows that make better outcomes possible.
Andrew doesn't just solve the engineering problem, he builds the team that solves it. As an Associate Director and Chartered Structural Engineer with more than 15 years' experience, he's led high-performing teams across residential and commercial towers, retail, civic, education, heritage and industrial developments across Australia, always balancing design ambition against cost, constructability and long-term sustainability.
With over two decades of experience across high-rise, commercial, industrial, data centre and residential projects, Arga has earned a strong reputation for delivering structures that are both innovative and built to last. He leads project teams with a focus on structural integrity, design excellence and the collaborative rigour that reflects TTW's standards on a global stage.
International perspective and sector depth define what Ben brings to structural engineering. Having held senior design roles in the UK before joining TTW in 2020, his 15 years of experience spans health, defence, education and residential sectors with a practical understanding of modern delivery approaches including modular construction and prefabrication.
Brandon's career as a certified Façade and Structural Engineer has taken him across Australia, the UK and Central America, building a rare dual expertise that bridges the technical and the architectural. He brings a holistic approach to design, integrating structure, façade and sustainable building principles into solutions that are both efficient and considered. It's a perspective that's hard to find in one engineer.
More than 100 civil and multidisciplinary projects across his two decades of experience speaks to the breadth and consistency Christie brings to every project he leads. As Associate Director, he works across all sub-disciplines to ensure consultation is genuine and project requirements are met with the right solutions, delivering outcomes that consistently meet the highest standard.
With over a decade of experience across structural steel and concrete design, project coordination and construction delivery, Colin has built a strong reputation for navigating complex constructability challenges and deep excavations, the technical problems that require both rigour and practical on-site understanding.
More than two decades delivering civil engineering projects in the UK and Australia has given Colin a thorough command of his discipline. His expertise spans stormwater infrastructure, Water Sensitive Urban Design, pavements, flooding assessment, roads and earthworks and his ability to apply that knowledge across both private and public sector work is what keeps project teams coming back.
Few engineers can claim the breadth of project experience Craig has accumulated over three decades in engineering consultancy, construction management and senior leadership. His track record delivering major, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects spans defence, highways, water and wastewater, mining and building infrastructure, across Australia and internationally, including the UK, Jamaica, Papua New Guinea and East Timor. That grounded, practical perspective is what clients and project teams rely on when it matters most.
Daniel shapes structural solutions across residential, commercial, institutional and mass timber projects, working closely with architects, clients and project teams to bring designs that are practical and true to the design vision. With over two decades of years' experience, he pairs technical depth with practical thinking to engineer solutions that create lasting value for clients and the built environment.
Thirty years at TTW and counting. As Technical Director, Darren has been a constant presence since 1993, leading his own design team across all aspects of design, documentation and resourcing. His experience spans residential, healthcare, education, commercial, sport and leisure and retail, bringing a depth of knowledge across both public and private sectors that few can match.
Disciplined and practical in his approach to structural design, Dean has led the delivery of technically complex projects across a range of sectors over 15 years, including six Star Green Star aquatic facilities, mass timber buildings, and as a certified Passivhaus designer, one of Australia's largest Passivhaus-certified developments. His focus on long-term building performance runs through everything he does.
One of the industry's leading minds in complex façade systems and curtain walls, Dwayne brings a genuinely global perspective to his role as Associate Director. Since joining TTW in 2020, he has drawn on extensive experience gained in Germany and the Netherlands, having led major international projects across the USA, Europe, the Middle East and Australia, from high-rise office buildings to museums, government and public buildings.
Edward's career in digital engineering has taken him across Australia, London, New York and Seoul, delivering innovative solutions on some of the world's most architecturally complex structural projects. As Associate Director, he applies that global perspective to finding smarter ways to deliver through digital automation and optimisation.
Eirian leads within TTW's Civil team as Associate Director, managing projects from fee proposal through to construction and completion, while mentoring the next generation of engineers along the way. He is drawn to projects that respond to population growth, climate change and the need for sustainable, resilient built environments.

Skilled in design engineering, problem-solving, and a wide range of engineering software, Handy is an experienced engineer with a background in permanent and temporary works across structural, infrastructure, and crane engineering. The path to Net Zero is one of the most pressing challenges facing the industry and it's where Hannah has focused her expertise for over a decade. She leads TTW's Sustainability team with a personal, considered approach, driving decarbonisation strategies across the business and for its clients.
Landmark structures across Australia bear the mark of Hung's work. With over two decades of experience in building and infrastructure projects both locally and internationally, he has developed particular strength in high-rise and long-span structures, lateral systems and refurbishment projects, expertise that runs deep and delivers every time.

Lincoln leads TTW's Construction Engineering team in Melbourne with a deep specialisation in temporary structures, having delivered construction engineering solutions for some of the city's largest buildings and infrastructure projects. As a Chartered Associate Director, he also brings experience in permanent works design across residential and mixed-use high-rise structures, giving him a well-rounded understanding of how buildings come together from the ground up.

His personal commitment to his clients and ability to navigate the most complex engineering challenges have established him as a trusted and respected leader in the industry.
Thirty years of structural engineering across Melbourne, Darwin and London has given Matt a depth of expertise. His design skills were forged on commercial and residential high-rise towers, knowledge he has applied across infrastructure, government and retail projects ever since. As a Director, Matt revels in finding structurally efficient, buildable solutions to challenging problems and is equally invested in developing the next generation of structural engineers as manager of one of TTW's Victorian structural teams.
When the engineering challenge demands something beyond the conventional, Michael is in his element. As Technical Director, he brings a rare depth of expertise across infrastructure impact assessments, physical security and blast-hardened design, vibration and structural dynamics, and seismic performance, leading with a rigorous, analytical approach that sets TTW's Advanced Analysis Team apart.

Natalie has spent over 15 years committed to the people side of business and it shows in the way she works. As Head of HR, she partners closely with the broader team to shape a workplace where engineers and professionals can do their best work, focused equally on performance, culture and the everyday experience of being part of TTW.
Nicholas brings international experience across London and Singapore to his role as Associate Director. He is known for finding creative structural engineering solutions across education, commercial and residential projects, with a particular strength in the engineering demands of adaptive reuse and refurbishment of existing structures.
Twenty years of structural engineering experience across Australia and the UK, including time at TTW's partner office, Buro Happold in Bath, has given Nishmin both the technical depth and international perspective that defines her approach. Steffen leads a designated team in our Sydney office with more than 20 years of structural engineering experience behind him. Strategic and pragmatic by nature, he brings a firm understanding of integrated structural design across a broad range of sectors, including public buildings, defence, transportation, commercial, residential, education and overseas government projects.
