Good engineering starts with understanding how things work in practice. It's the philosophy Paul has brought to over 15 years of civil and structural consultancy in Singapore, across geotechnical, residential, industrial and commercial projects, including the Integrated Waste Management Facility at Tuas Nexus.

Paul Mullett

Paul has led global teams and delivered complex projects across the UK, Central Asia and the Middle East, and now brings that experience to Singapore as TTW's Regional Director. His expertise spans advanced structural design and analysis, construction engineering, forensic investigations and digital delivery; a rare combination that gives him depth across both technical detail and strategic direction. He pairs that experience with a thoughtful, collaborative approach, giving clients confidence in the most complex projects.

Serena has spent over 35 years shaping Singapore's skyline. From Keppel Bay's Caribbean, Reflections, Marina, Corals and The Reef, to the award-winning Interlace, to infrastructure work like Mandai Depot, her portfolio speaks for itself. As TTW's Consultant, she brings that same depth of experience to every project she takes on.
