How we work

Civic work carries an obligation beyond engineering: these are places of memory, ceremony and daily community life. We engage early, work sensitively within heritage and cultural constraints, and keep the public experience at the centre of every decision.

The Australian War Memorial Development Project was more than an engineering challenge, it was about protecting a national legacy, preserving the Memorial’s historic integrity while enhancing functionality and accessibility for visitors.

In Singapore, Queensway Node transformed a historic rail corridor into a kaleidoscopic public node that brings people together in movement, art and shared experience.
