Kevin leads by example as TTW's Managing Director, with his dynamic and successful relationships with employees, clients, architects, builders and project managers. His extensive award-winning project portfolio only testifies to his technical excellence and ongoing achievements.

Atreyu is an Executive Director and Board Member at TTW, combining strategic company leadership with a hands-on commitment to innovative design. Over a distinguished career, he has directed the engineering delivery for a broad spectrum of challenging projects from city-shaping infrastructure and tall towers to complex civic landmarks and advanced, low-carbon mass timber developments. This deep local expertise is backed by international project experience and published technical research.

Barry has over three decades of global experience as an engineer and industry leader. He has worked across London, Singapore and Hong Kong, prior to accepting a TTW Directorship in 2000. Renowned for his creative vision and pursuit of engineering excellence, Barry has amassed a multitude of award-winning projects domestically and abroad.

Glen has an entrepreneurial spirit that he takes into each project whilst leading teams. With engineering experience across NZ, UK, Canada and Australia, his expertise has been sought after by leading architects and building firms. Glen’s pragmatic approach has seen him excel across many sectors, including health, transport & infrastructure, commercial, public and sports and leisure.

Marten is driving commercial success through open and collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues. He is responsible for expanding the company’s portfolio through both public and private projects, nurturing a dedicated team and maintaining the tradition of engineering excellence at TTW. He has substantial experience in earthquake engineering which is essential in this part of the world.

As an Executive Director, Ross brings over three decades of experience across the construction landscape, supported by a deep understanding of the evolving needs of TTW’s clients in the ACT and beyond. Known for his collaborative approach and strong commercial acumen, Ross has built trusted, long‑standing client relationships - forming a foundation that continues to strengthen TTW’s reputation and success across the region.

Ciaran brings over two decades of global financial leadership to TTW's strategic direction and long-term growth. With a distinguished career spanning diverse industries, he combines deep commercial insight with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing finance teams that drive meaningful change. His strength lies in his capacity to work across complex organisational structures, fostering the cross-functional relationships and financial rigour that support TTW's ambition and sustainable success.

As TTW's Chief Operating Officer, Steven drives the operational strategy and performance of the business, bringing almost two decades of experience across management consulting, large-scale program delivery, mergers and acquisitions, and operations. Known for his ability to navigate complexity and unlock operational efficiency, he is driven by a passion for building systems and teams that perform at their best.
