Project Overview
169-171 Herring Road, Macquarie Park is a landmark, Purpose-Built-Student-Accommodation (PBSA) development in close proximity to Macquarie University, 100 metres from the Metro Station, and Sydney’s premier retail and lifestyle precinct – Macquarie Centre. The development sets a new benchmark for contemporary student living, delivering a distinctive, design‑led environment with generous shared amenities and vibrant community spaces.
Constructed using Volumetric Modular Construction (VMC) methodology, the project will become Australia’s tallest VMC building, rising 20-storeys above two basement levels. The development comprises 508 premium single‑occupancy units and 20 DDA‑compliant rooms, delivering a total of 528 purpose‑built student residences.
