Project Overview
This 52- and 60-storey mixed-use development will introduce new residential apartments, six levels of basement parking, and a range of premium amenities within a four-level podium in Macquarie Park.
Located adjacent to the Metro line, the project enhances connectivity while contributing to the ongoing growth and vibrancy of the precinct.
Scope of Work
As part of TTW’s scope of works, we will be contributing:
- Structural engineering support across the project
- Preliminary concept design
- DA structural documentation
- Building Plan Approval inputs
- Specialist Sydney Metro tunnel interface advice
- Support in project design development and coordination
