Congratulations to Caterina Nugent, Cindy Lam, Elodie Tran, Jessie Irwanto, Maria Mulholland, Monika Tok, Mozhdeh Dalaeli, Sophie Slade and Tina Gao on their selection into the Property Council of Australia’s 500 Women in Property program.
We’ve long believed our people are the foundation of everything we build. That belief takes on a new shape as women from our Sydney and Melbourne offices officially begin their journey with 500 Women in Property, a 12-month program designed to grow the next generation of leaders in our industry.
The built environment has never lacked talented women. What it’s lacked is a clear, structured path for that talent to move into leadership. Over the next 12 months, participants will be paired with senior leaders across the industry, gaining real exposure to the strategic and technical decisions that shape a career trajectory.
The construction industry is where women remain the most underrepresented at senior levels, that structure matters. It’s the difference between telling someone they could lead one day, and putting them in front of the people, projects and decisions that get them there.
This is what the next generation of leadership in our industry looks like and we can’t wait to see where they take it!

At TTW, we take immense pride in fostering an environment where growth and success thrive.
