Savyavasa (Wijaya) Apartments gives residents a new luxury home across three 40-storey towers, connected by a shared podium above a three-level basement, spanning approximately 86,000m² across a 2-hectare site. With extensive landscaping and resident facilities throughout, the development was engineered with flood control and odour mitigation front of mind, giving residents a place to live that’s comfortable, resilient and considerate of the community around it.

TTW delivered Structural and Civil Engineering services for the development, including:

• Structural, stormwater and pavement design
• Flood studies and the strengthening and enhancement of the public canal along the site boundary
• Structural modelling using ETABS, designing diaphragms and collectors to integrate the three towers with the podium
• Tower slabs modelled as semi-rigid diaphragms with tailored stiffness to optimise structural performance

The project was recognised at the 2020 Outstanding Property Awards in London, winning in the interior design category for the Savyavasa three-bedroom show flat, and receiving an honourable mention for the public spaces and amenities. The completed development stands as one of South Jakarta’s most distinguished residential addresses, combining structural complexity with landscape-led design and rigorous civil engineering outcomes.
