Paul brings more than three decades of experience across the UK and Dubai, spanning business strategy, digital innovation, and engineering leadership. That breadth of experience, working across mature and fast-growing markets alike, gives him a distinctive perspective on how engineering businesses grow without losing sight of the people and projects they serve.
