About the TTW 2026 / 27 Internship Program
We’re committed to developing the next generation of engineering talent. Each year, we welcome penultimate‑year engineering students to complete their compulsory Industrial Training with us.
Our 12‑week program runs from early December to late‑February, with a two‑week break over Christmas and New Year.
This is your opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across structural, civil, traffic, façade and construction engineering disciplines while contributing to meaningful projects.
As a TTW Intern, you will:

Work on real-life engineering projects from day one

Receive hands-on mentorship from experienced engineers and discipline leaders

Be exposed to and engage with our valued clients

Attend site visits to understand construction practices

Access TTW’s extensive digital learning library of guides and online seminars, for continuous development
High‑performing interns may be offered part‑time work in their final year, with the potential to join TTW as a Graduate Engineer after completing their degree.
Who we are looking for
To be eligible, you must have full Australian working rights, and be:

Enrolled in an engineering degree at an Australian university

Currently in your penultimate year
