    The Opportunity

    We're seeking a passionate Senior Structural Engineers & Structural Engineers with experience in a wide range of structural projects. Those with experience in high-rise buildings, commercial buildings, residential developments, fit-out, aged care and educational facilities would be highly regarded.

    As the Senior Engineer, you'll lead the structural design and analysis from concept through to construction, collaborating with clients, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding project outcomes. You will flex your leadership muscles under the support of our team, mentoring and assisting our more junior engineers.

    As the Engineer, you’ll deliver safe, efficient, and compliant structural engineering designs across a variety of different projects.

    In addition to the above you will also:

    • Working closely with a diverse client base, responding efficiently to client's needs, including attendance at meetings and inspections. Acting as first POC for design coordination and reviews.
    • Be responsible for project costings, monitoring project performance and budget ensuring that key dates are met and projects remain within budget.
    • Contribute to technical development across the Structural section.
    • Assist in and develop skills in business development including preparation of proposals

    What are we looking for?

    • Demonstrated years of experience working as a Senior or Structural Engineer
    • Tertiary qualification in Engineering and ideally CPEng certified as a Senior Engineer – this is not a pre-requisite.
    • Knowledge of ETABS, RAM, RAPT, SpaceGass highly valued.
    • Designing and/or Delivering projects across various types of structures within the residential / health / education / commercial / industrial sectors.
    • Accountability to set goals and drive to their fulfilment – someone who can keep themselves motivated and moving!
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong team ethic to work collaboratively across functional groups.
    • Familiar with financial management of projects internally is highly valued.
