Engineering a 225MW Tier IV data centre as Victoria’s new digital gateway
Project Overview
Located in West Footscray, NEXTDC M3 is a 225MW Tier IV certified data centre engineered as a new digital gateway for Victoria. The facility comprises 41,000m² of technical space across 41 data halls, supporting 23,000 racks and four interconnect rooms.
Scope of Work
Our team provided peer façade review services and embodied carbon brief including the design and certification of
- The main data centre including entrance areas
- Precast facades
- Curtain wall
- Louvre systems and penetrations
- Brick buildings including a café and pumproom area
