Project Overview
This 11-storey, 32 MW Tier III data centre gives the digital infrastructure behind everyday life a secure, reliable home, supporting the systems communities and businesses rely on without ever seeing them.
Comprising 16 data halls with slab load capacities of up to 15 kPa, the facility was built on a former landfill site, requiring careful engineering to work around deep soft soils and a constrained footprint next to a major toll road.
Scope of Work
TTW is delivering Civil and Structural Engineering design and documentation, including:
- Flood studies to address the site’s former landfill conditions
- Design of temporary and permanent retaining systems
- Gantry lifting strategies to support safe and efficient construction
