A 27-storey tower and restored heritage buildings, transforming Sydney’s CBD above Wynyard Station
Project Overview
Brookfield Place Sydney gives the CBD a revitalised heart above Wynyard Station, bringing together commercial, retail and transport infrastructure across a full city block. A new 27-storey PCA Premium Grade tower at 10 Carrington sits alongside the restoration of heritage-listed Shell House and 285 George Street, delivering premium office, retail and public spaces for the city to enjoy. With approximately 60,000sqm of commercial office space, 9,400sqm of boutique offices and 7,000sqm of high-end retail, the development also revitalises Wynyard Lane and upgrades the George Street station entrance, giving commuters and visitors a better connection between the city and the transit network they rely on every day.
Scope of Work
TTW delivered Structural and Construction Engineering services as part of a Design and Construct team, including:
